Dr. Ozzie and her entire staff does a phenomenal job of both working with and educating their patients (our kiddos), and involving the parents in the process. My three absolutely LOVE going to the dentist. Our experience here will lead to a lifetime of dental health because of Dr. Ozzie's focus on education, treatment and fun!
Wonderful office! I am so happy that we took my daughter here for her first dentist visit! My daughter is 2-years-old and doesn't warm up to new people very easily so I was amazed that she immediately responded to Dr. Ozzie and liked her. The office is clean, has fun toys in the waiting room, all of the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and my daughter got a balloon and little toy when we left. She did SO well and was talking about her visit the next couple of days. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for her. We will definitely be back!!
My son gets treated like a king here. He's been a patient since the practice opened. I tell the world about this place there's no place like it. Dr. Ozzie is exquisite and my son loves coming to see her. All the staff make it fun and exciting added plus they give feed for the ducks at the pond he loves his experience there every time.
One of the best decisions we have made since moving to Danville was to have Dr Ozzie and her team involved in the care of our children's teeth. They look forward to their appointments and the whole office environment is perfect for putting them at ease and ready to listen to the guidance from the staff on how to brush, floss etc.
I also can't thank the staff enough for rearranging their schedules to fit my daughter first thing yesterday morning for her broken tooth. She was able to go to her sleep away camp that afternoon with a big smile on her face :)
I'm also so thankful and impressed with the staff who can juggle our crazy schedule to make appointments as convenient as possible. The office is also incredibly efficient, so there are no significant wait times for appointments.
Dr. Ozzie I think it's appropriate for you to respond to the review where you reported a family to cps 2 years ago. That is quite a large accusation and one that merits a public response. As a parent in search of a new dentist for my kids, this is alarming to read.
